Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy:

• Refunds are only applicable to canceled order items due to product unavailability.
• For any technical problems in the order, delivery, or refund process, proper service will be provided to the customer only after the problem is resolved.
• In case of return, buyer will be responsible for all transportation and courier charges.

Requirements for a valid return:

• Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, etc.)
• If you find any items missing, or if anything is damaged, please return your package to the delivery agent immediately
• After you receive the package, no complaints are accepted for any missing, incorrect or defective items

Valid conditions and reasons for returning an item:

• Wrong product delivery
• Delivery of defective products
• Delivery of goods with missing parts
• Incorrect content on the website

Conditions and reasons for returning an RFL product(s):

• Product(s) cannot be returned once received by the customer.
• Customers are requested to test the product before accepting the product(s).

The following products cannot be returned:

• underwear
• Swimwear
• Skin care, cosmetics and perfumes
• Personal hygiene items such as earrings, wigs and combs
• Consumables like cigars and drinks

Installation Service Terms:

• For products that require installation/fitting, installation service will be provided within 3 working days from the date of receipt of the product.
• Product(s) cannot be returned once received by the customer.

Cancellation and refund due to product unavailability:

a) Delivery of ordered items is subject to availability of goods at our seller's depot/warehouse/store./vendor Ominaz.com authorities may cancel any order within 4 to 25 working days if the stock of the ordered item(s) is temporarily unavailable.

b) If the customer agrees to wait for stock availability of the product(s), the order may remain in open/processing/hold status for a maximum of 30 days.

c) In case of clause (a), if the customer has already paid an advance against the order, the customer will receive a full refund if no cashback is received within 1-10 working days. The cashback amount received will be adjusted against the refund amount.

 d) After confirming any order, if the order is canceled by the customer and online payment has already been made by the customer against that order, Ominaz.com will charge an online gateway transaction fee while disbursing the refund amount.

e) Advance payment is required for delivery of goods to certain vendors. We may cancel any order if the customer does not pay in advance for such order.

The return/replacement guarantee may not apply under the following conditions:

• Damage due to misuse of the product

• INCIDENTAL DAMAGES DUE TO PRODUCT DEFECTS

• Any consumables that are used or installed

• Underwear, underwear, socks and dresses are free

• Products with tampered or missing serial / UPC numbers

• Any damage/defects not covered by the manufacturer's warranty

• Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the delivered product.

Note: Product replacement is subject to same availability on Ominaz.com

For food products, no complaints are accepted after 24 hours.

Same/Next Day Delivery

• Applicable for delivery of orders from selected sellers within Dhaka city only. 
• Orders confirmed before 10:00 am will be considered for same/next day delivery.    
• Products stored in our office are eligible for same/next day delivery only.    
• Order processing time counting will begin after the order is processed by one of our customer service agents.    
• or reserves the right to place or cancel any order.    
• Customer can request to cancel any order if they do not agree with the same/next day delivery terms and conditions.
